With over a decade of experience leading major projects across Canada, Leanna combines strategic planning expertise with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and community collaboration. She champions sustainable, inclusive development that reflects the values and priorities of the Nations and local partners. Known for her thoughtful leadership and facilitation skills, Leanna fosters meaningful dialogue and strong governance to guide projects from vision to lasting impact.
Julian Ward, MRICS, is the Director of Real Estate at Sacred Waters Developments. With nearly three decades of experience in housing and community development, Julian leads projects from vision to completion with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and impact. His work spans both market and non-market sectors, including partnerships with public agencies and non-profits to deliver housing that strengthens communities. Known for his problem-solving and inclusive approach, Julian is dedicated to creating enduring places that reflect local needs and shared values.
Jason Hingley, BFP, ACA, PMP, is the Director of Finance at Sacred Waters Developments. He has worked extensively with First Nations, government, and industry to strengthen land governance, climate resilience, and local capacity. Christopher Johnston is the Advisor for Business Development & Partnerships at Sacred Waters Developments. With over 20 years of experience in construction and strategic growth, Chris is passionate about building strong teams and impactful projects that drive economic and social prosperity. As the founder of RISE Construction Network, he brings deep expertise in industry collaboration, marketing, and operations.
