Sacred Waters Developments provides complete, start-to-finish development management for Indigenous and values-aligned housing and community projects. We lead projects from early feasibility through approvals, construction, and post-occupancy, ensuring each stage is coordinated and accountable.
Our Services Include:
  • Leading and coordinating project delivery from conception to completion
  • Procuring and managing design consultants, contractors, and construction partners
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all projects participants and interested parties
  • Liaising with authorities having jurisdiction to secure zoning, development, and building permits
  • Obtaining any required third party regulatory approvals such as from the Ministry of Environment and Translink
  • Structuring project financing strategies and coordinating with funders such as CMHC and BC Housing
  • Managing budgets, cash flow, cost controls, and progress draws throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing regular governance, reporting, and communication to clients and partners
